The Golden State Warriors are 8-2 in their last 10 games, and they're steadily climbing up the NBA power rankings. Meanwhile, the Sacramento Kings are struggling to stay away from the bottom of rankings across the internet.
This week, Mark Jackson's team is appearing as high as sixth and as low as eighth in power rankings across the web. In all cases, the Spurs, Knicks, Clippers and Thunder appear above Golden State, but after that it's a little murky.
Matt Moore at CBS Sports ranks the Warriors No. 6, and he surprisingly places the Miami Heat behind them. Also ranking them at six is NBC's Kurt Helin.
Seth Rosenthal of SB Nation and ESPN's Marc Stein place Golden State at No. 7, and both have the Memphis Grizzlies ranked higher.
The Kings are ranked from 26th to 28th. The Washington Wizards are the only team ranked lower in all four of ESPN, SB Nation, CBS and NBC's rankings. ESPN and NBC have the Kings ranked No. 26, while SB Nation ranks them 27th and CBS ranks them 28th.
