The Stanford Cardinal narrowly avoided an upset against the Washington State Cougars on Saturday, but they still rose to No. 15 in Week 10's AP Top 25. The Cardinal were the beneficiaries of a number of top teams losing, including the USC Trojans.

The Trojans fell to No. 18 after losing to the Arizona Wildcats on Saturday. The win allowed Arizona to move back into the rankings at No. 24, as they have recovered from a three-game losing streak to start conference play.

Oregon State lost to the Washington Huskies late Saturday night, and the Beavers were dropped to No. 13. The Huskies received eight votes in this week's poll.

The Oregon Ducks maintained their hold on No. 2 with a 70-14 pasting of the Colorado Buffaloes. The UCLA Bruins make it into the rankings at No. 25 after taking down the Arizona State Sun Devils with a last-second field goal.

Stanford will try to keep moving upward when they face Colorado next Saturday.
