As the Stanford Cardinal host the San Jose State Spartans in their annual season opener against one another, all eyes will be on Andrew Luck replacement Josh Nunes in his first career start for David Shaw's Card.
Without much off a college resume to begin with (two pass attempts, one completion, seven yards) Nunes will be an unknown commodity heading into this matchup. Obviously he's gotten the vote of confidence from the coaching staff and has been diligently practicing, it will be intersting to see how he deals with his nerves in his game as the starter.
