The San Jose St. Spartans will face the Texas St. Bobcats this weekend, and they'll be solid 20 to 20.5 point favorites going into this game.
San Jose State started their season off with a loss to Stanford, but it was a close game where they had plenty of chances to win. They then had sizable wins against UC Davis and Colorado State, then edged out San Diego State and Navy. They then lost to Utah State before rebounding with a win at home last week against UTSA in San Antonio last week.
Texas State started off 2012 on the right foot by beating Houston 30-13. They dropped their next game to Texas Tech and edged out Stephen F. Austin, but then lost consecutive games to Nevada and New Mexico. They did manage to get a 38-7 win over Idaho before the bye week though, so they head into this week's game with the Spartans with a 3-3 record.
