The San Jose Sharks are beginning to right the ship following a shaky couple of weeks. They've won two in a row and are now tied atop the Pacific Division with the Dallas Stars with 37 points. They're hoping to open up a lead in a fairly weak division and have a good shot at doing just that in the week before Christmas, as they continue a big six-game home stand.
First up, they'll host the Tampa Bay Lightning on Wednesday, December 21. The Lightning hold a 14-16-2 record and fourth place in the Southeast Division. The puck will drop at 7:30 PM PST on Wednesday night, with the game set to air on CSN-CA.
On Friday, December 23, division rivals the Los Angeles Kings will come to town. The Kings have fallen off drastically after a red-hot start to the season and are currently in fourth place with a 14-14-4 record and 34 points. A win here will allow the Sharks to gain some ground on at least one of their divisional foes. This game is also scheduled for 7:30 PM PST at the Shark Tank and set to air on CSN-CA.
