The third and final day of the 2012 MLB First-Year Player Draft has come and gone, and the San Francisco Giants have 40 talented youngsters looking to fulfill their dreams of becoming a major leaguer.
Rounds 16-40 finished on Wednesday afternoon with San Francisco taking a nice range of players. They still managed to take a whole lot of pitchers on Wednesday, 14 of them to be exact, as well as eight California players including Cal's Mitchell Delfino.
