The San Francisco Giants are looking to get out of their recent funk, starting with the Milwaukee Brewers Friday night. To do so they’ll turn to a young, speedy lineup to try and end their currently losing streak.
Gregor Blanco gets the nod in the leadoff spot, playing right field this evening, while Conor Gilaspie will start at third base and bat second. Brandon Belt will be at first once again, Joaquin Arias moves over to shortstop as Brandon Crawford gets the night off, while Emmanuel Burriss gets the start at second, batting eighth.
Ryan Braun will not be in the lineup for the Brewers tonight due to an Achilles injury.
