When the Los Angeles Dodgers come to town, it always gets serious, no matter where they or the San Francisco Giants are in the standings. And with a slew of rookies taking the field tonight, it should prove to be an exciting and energetic atmosphere at AT&T for another Orange Friday.
Justin Christian and Brett Pill will get another crack at the starting lineup as Pill looks to become the first player in major league history dating back to 1919 to begin his professional career with three homers in his first three games. He’ll have quite the task in doing so off of Clayton Kershaw though I might add, good luck bud. Chris Stewart will catch Tim Lincecum this evening, while Brandon Belt (once again) gets the night off.
