Giants-Phillies NLCS Game 5: Lincecum Retires 11 Straight Into The Sixth, Giants Trail 3-2

After giving up three runs in the third inning, Giants starter Tim Lincecum has settled into a groove and retired eleven straight Phillies batters. In the sixth inning forced a ground out by Chase Utley, he struck out Ryan Howard, and he got a flyout from Jayson Werth.

The Giants will enter the bottom of the sixth sending up Buster Posey, Pat Burrell and Cody Ross looking to get into the Phillies bullpen. Jose Contreras has gotten up to get loose multiple times and will likely enter the game fairly soon.
