NFL Mock Draft 2012: Mel Kiper Has 49ers Picking Stephen Hill, Brandon Brooks

The San Francisco 49ers don't really have any pressing needs that they haven't addressed in free agency, so they can probably spend most of this draft filling in the coffers.

Mel Kiper releases his latest mock draft (you can view by clicking here). The 49ers have a lot of minor needs that they can address with their first picks.

In the first round, the 49ers pick another wide receiver, one Stephen Hill from Georgia Tech with the 30th overall pick.

Hill is the biggest home-run threat in the draft when you combine his speed and size, and it's no secret the 49ers need some help at wide receiver, even with the additions of Randy Moss and Mario Manningham. He'll need an adjustment period as he gets used to doing more in terms of scheme than he was asked at Georgia Tech, but he's the kind of weapon this offense needs to expand.

The 49ers then decide to grab an offensive lineman with the 61st overall pick in the second round, one Brandon Brooks of Miami (Ohio).

The 49ers have tried to help the passing game, but this is still a team that needs to pound up front.
