With the 150th pick in the 2012 NFL Draft, the St. Louis Rams have selected OG Rokevious Watkins out of South Carolina. Watkins has started at both guard and tackle, but is more suited to guard. He is a bit of a reach here as he was projected as a seventh rounder, but he is versatile enough to provide quality depth for the Rams.

With the 151st pick in the 2012 NFL Draft, the Arizona Cardinals have selected OG Senio Kelemete out of Washington. Kelemete is a smooth, fluid player who has played primarily tackle but projects as a guard in the pros. He has good balance and quick feet and is strong enough to deal with most NFL defensive tackles.

With the 154th pick in the 2012 NFL Draft, the Seattle Seahawks have selected LB Korey Toomer out of Idaho. Toomer was projected as a 7th rounder, but he is very fast and has ideal height. The Seahawks seem intent on completely overhauling their linebacking corps and this guy will provide depth, and has the raw skills to develop into a starter.
