2012 NFL Draft Results, NFC West: Seahawks, Cardinals, Rams Make Picks At Top Of Round 4

St. Louis Rams

With the 96th pick in the 2012 NFL Draft, the St. Louis Rams have selected WR Chris Givens out of Wake Forest. Givens is a quick, fast receiver who will team with Brian Quick and Danny Amendola to give Sam Bradford some targets in the passing game. Givens will give the Rams the ability to stretch the field and get some more explosiveness on the team. Givens was a good value pick and the highest rated remaining receiver.

Drafted So Far

First Round: Michael Brockers
Second Round: Brian Quick, Janoris Jenkins, Isaiah Pead
Third Round: Trumaine Johnson
Fourth Round: Chris Givens

Arizona Cardinals

With the 112th pick in the 2012 NFL Draft, the Arizona Cardinals have selected OT Bobby Massie out of Ole Miss. Massie is a great tackle prospect who fell in the draft for reasons totally beyond my comprehension. Massie is an elite right tackle who should have gone in the second round. He has proven himself against the best SEC competition. The Cardinals got a huge value here.

Drafted So Far

First Round: Michael Floyd
Third Round: Jamell Fleming
Fourth Round: Bobby Massie

Seattle Seahawks

With the 106th pick in the 2012 NFL Draft, the Seattle Seahawks have selected RB Robert Turbin out of Utah State. Turbin is a very productive back who can quickly provide quality depth for Marshawn Lynch. Turbin is a big back with good breakaway speed and the patience to let blocks develop before making his cut. He resembles Marshawn Lynch in many respects and may be groomed as his successor.

Seattle also picked up DT Jaye Howard from Florida. Howard is a legit 300-pound defensive tackle who will help solidify the inside of Seattle's defensive line, freeing up space for the linebackers Seattle has drafted this year. Howard is the first Florida Gator to be picked.

Drafted So Far

First Round: Bruce Irvin
Second Round: Bobby Wagner
Third Round: Russell Wilson
Fourth Round: Robert Turbin, Jaye Howard
