NFL Lockout: 49ers, Raiders Players Respond To Owners' CBA Vote

Thursday evening NFL owners voted to ratify the CBA proposal on the table before them, conceivably ending the NFL Lockout this Saturday. Apparently the players were under a different impression as the instant reactions on Twitter indicated a large contingent of displeased individuals. The NFLPA Executive Committee and player representatives spent the evening going through the terms of what the owners approved. Some players felt the vote was a PR ploy by the owners to put the pressure on the players.

Mike Mitchell tweeting about the Raiders abstaining from the vote Thursday afternoon. If one team was going to abstain, I think most people figured it would be the Raiders just because "they're the Raiders."
