As the San Francisco 49ers try to get as healthy as possible before their meeting with the Washington Redskins this Sunday, a few key players were limited in Friday's practice, while defensive tackle Ray McDonald sat out with a hamstring injury, and is listed as doubtful at FedEx Field this Sunday.
Wide receivers Michael Crabtree (foot) and Braylon Edwards (knee) were limited in practice Friday, as were cornerback Chris Culliver (shoulder), safety Dashon Goldson (knee), and fullback Moran Norris (fibula). All of them should be good to go this Sunday save for Norris, who is still listed as questionable in the injury report. He would be replaced by rookie Bruce Miller if he can't suit up this Sunday.
As for McDonald, his doubtful status means that fan favorite Ricky Jean-Francois will likely get another start in his place this Sunday, though the presence of McDonald will sorely be missed on the D-line.
