As the San Francisco 49ers and New York Giants prepare to square off, their are some last minute roster decisions that will have fantasy football implications in this game. New York Giants wide receivers Hakeem Nicks and Mario Manningham are both considered game-time decisions for the 1:15pm PT start.
Nicks has been dealing with a hamstring injury but seems fairly confident he will play. He did not practice on Wednesday and then was limited on Thursday and Friday. Mario Manningham was not on the injury report all week, but then woke up on Saturday with some swelling in his knee. He was added as questionable and at this point seems like a longer shot than Nicks to play.
There is nothing new from the 49ers regarding Frank Gore, so it looks like he will be good to go at game time. It will be interesting to see if Kendall Hunter gets a few extra touches to spell Frank Gore a bit.
