Jim Harbaugh is a really awesome dude. The verdict will be out on him as a head coach in the NFL for a couple seasons, but only the lamest of people can claim that he's not fun. He's intense, to the point, isn't a fan of cliches (but isn't a fan of revealing anything too in-depth about player-coach dealings, so has to revert to cliches sometimes) and would probably suit up and play on gameday if the NFL allowed him.
↵So getting to see his postgame speech in the locker room is a definite treat, and it's a good one. No cliches, just to the point excitement about the win and excitement about the immediate future of him and his team. Gotta love the mention about the fun plane ride home, a plane ride in which Harbaugh gave up his first class seat to sit with the team back in coach. The team expressed their gratitude for the move and how much it meant to them, and it's just another testament to his, how you say, awesomeness.
