The San Francisco 49ers are set for the biggest game on the NFL docket this weekend as they take on the undefeated Detroit Lions on in MoTown. The Niners will be relatively healthy for this game, with only a few players held as inactive this Sunday.
Backup quarterback Scott Tolzien is listed as inactive once again, as is cornerback Tramaine Brock with a hand injury and fullback Moran Norris with a fibula injury. Wide receiver Braylon Edwards will be sidelined still with his knee issue, guards Mike Person and Daniel Kilgore won't be suiting up, and neither with defensive tackle Ian Williams.
As for Detroit, safety Erik Coleman will be out with an ankle issue, while Vincent Fuller's elbow will keep him from suiting up. Two of the most important injuries though come from linebacker Justin Durant and tight end Tony Scheffler are both out due to concussions they suffered in last week's meeting with the Bears.
