NFL Fantasy Football, Week 13 Summary: Raiders Still Have Fantasy Value

Tom Cable promised to run the football against the Chargers and run they did. The Raiders ended with 52 rushing plays for 252 yards and three touchdowns. This was against one of the better run defenses in the NFL. Let’s take a look at how the fantasy players on the Raiders faired.

QB Jason Campbell: Campbell was super efficient on Sunday, but only threw 16 passes. He completed 11 of those passes. Campbell ended the day with 117 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions. Campbell also added a rushing touchdown and had 37 yards on the ground.

RB Darren McFadden: McFadden shook of his two game funk and had a solid fantasy game. Although McFadden had only 19 carries, he wound up 97 yards and one touchdown. McFadden also added three catches for 30 yards.

RB Michael Bush: Bush saw his most action in a game where McFadden was healthy. He had 23 carries and 95 yards. Bush also had a rushing TD.

TE Zach Miller: Miller still appears to be slowed by his foot issues. There is no other reason why the Raiders leading receiver would have a game where he is only targeted once. He manged to catch that one target. It was for 5 yards.

WR Jacoby Ford: The Raiders only threw eight passes to wide recievers on the day. Three of those were to Ford. He caught one for four yards. The good news for his fantasy owners is that one catch was for a TD.

WR Louis Murphy: Murphy was targeted four times on Sunday. He got two of them. Murphy ended with 36 yards. He nearly had a fourth quarter touchdown, but he was stopped on the two.
