Well, there were fantasy points to be had in the Raiders-Jaguars contest. Points were going up on the scoreboard of the stadiums and on the laptops of fantasy owners like they were Black Friday gold. Let’s review how the Raiders did and what it might mean for the future.
QB Jason Campbell: Campbell had one of his best days as a Raider and the Raiders passing offense actually resembled an NFL passing offense. In the end, Campbell finished with 324 yards, two touchdowns and zero picks.
RB Darren McFadden: Owners of Darren McFadden were dancing in the streets. McFadden proved once again that he is a top flight fantasy player. He finished with 16 carries for 123 yards and two touchdowns. Just for good measure, McFadden threw in 3 receptions for 86 yards and another touchdown.
RB Michael Bush: Bush showed why it was dangerous to go with a back up running back even if he gets a lot of action the week before. Bush ended with 5 carries, 22 yards and zero touchdowns.
Oakland WRs: The Raiders WRs were more involved in this game then they had been all season. They ended the day being targeted 20 times. Louis Murphy was the go to guy on Sunday and ended with 6 catches for 59 yards and one touchdown.
TE Zach Miller: The biggest fantasy news coming out of this game for the Raiders just might have been that Zach Miller is appears to be approaching his pre-injury form. Miller ended with 4 catches for 68 yards.
