John Wall Sets Up DeMarcus Cousins. DeMarcus Cousins Returns The Favor.

With Blake Griffin mania taking over these states, Washington Wizards point guard John Wall is going way under the radar as a potential Rookie of the Year candidate. There's no doubt he went out of his way to show the NBA that he will be a force to be reckoned with down the line, as he ratched up 22 assists in the Rookie-Sophomore Game at the 2011 NBA All-Star Weekend, earning MVP honors as he led the Rookies to a 148-140 victory. Perhaps his highlight of the night (THE highlight of the night) was a bounce pass to Griffin for his usual spectacular finish.

DeMarcus Cousins seemed to elevate his performance tonight too, and might have been snubbed for the MVP, putting up 33 points and 14 rebounds. He had his fair share of moments though, and playing with his former Kentucky Wildcats teammate brought out the best in both of them. Wall and Cousins set each other up for some spectacular dunks.
