The Oakland Raiders find themselves in a rare position heading into their contest against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday in Oakland. The Raiders (3-4) have won two straight games and will look for their first three-game winning streak since last November after a soft part of their schedule resulted in wins over the Jacksonville Jaguars and Kansas City Chiefs, two of the league's worst teams.
It won't be easy. The Buccaneers sport an identical record to the Raiders and one of their strengths is something the Raiders would want to establish -- running the ball. The Bucs hold opponents to 85.1 yards per game and the Raiders have won five straight games when running back Darren McFadden gets 100 or more rushing yards.
Something has to give.
The Bucs want to run the ball as well with Doug Martin, but will be without hurt All-Pro left guard Carl Nicks.
