Oakland Raiders Alum Willie Brown To Announce 3rd Round Draft Pick

The 2012 NFL Draft will have team representatives from all 32 squads. Matt Maiocco of CSN Bay Area reports that Willie Brown will be the man with the Raiders. Find out more about Brown's career after the jump.

Brown was signed by the Denver Broncos to begin his career before being traded to the Raiders, where he spent the remainder of his career. He spent a dozen seasons in Oakland and was the team leader for ten of those seasons. He was in five AFL All-Star games and several NFL Pro Bowls.

Brown may be best remembered for his interception returned for a touchdown of Fran Tarkenton in Super Bowl XI.

Brown also spent time as a secondary coach after he retired, spending a decade with the Raiders from 1979 to 1988.
