The Oakland Raiders are a wounded team right now and injuries have taken their toll all season long. With just two weeks renaming, there was some hope that star running back Darren McFadden would return for the playoff run. In addition, a few close to the franchise believed talented receiver Jacoby Ford could make a return to the field as well.
Unfortunately for Raider Nation, they should not expect either McFadden or Ford to play this week. As a matter of fact, they may not even play again in the regular season. Here is an update on McFadden:
Darren McFadden is not practicing. That makes 58 days since he did anything football-related.

And one on Ford:
Jacoby Ford is not at practice today, either.

This has to be concerning for the Raiders, especially since both players were expected back as early as a few weeks ago. Oakland will continue to keep both players in the training room with hopes for a return in week 17 and potentially the playoffs.
