Fantasy Football Week 14: Michael Bush Looks To Carry The Load For Darren McFadden Once Again

With Oakland Raiders running back Darren McFadden sitting out once again this week, many fantasy owners (such as myself) have been scratching and clawing to find suitable replacements week-by-week for his tremendous efforts. The Raiders have turned to Michael Bush in Run DMC's absence, and could fill in admirably for you fantasy team this week, according to Numberfire.com

Bush is projected to earn 11.19 points this week, rushing the ball 15.47 times for 69.18 yards, as well as 1.33 receptions for 11.50 yards and 0.52 scores, which isn't bad considering the following: Bush has been used to backup reps for a while now, and could be wearing down a bit as the season goes on. The Silver and Black also have to deal with the undefeated Green Bay Packers defense at Lambeau,  where temperatures should be close to freezing at kickoff.

The Pack are currently giving up over 96 rushing yards a game, 29th in the league in that regard, which hopefully will play into Oakland's hands. If Bush can get going early, he could break out for a big one. He's an either way pick for me, but if you're short on RB's (like me) then he should be a go.

Here's a look at how some other notable Raiders are to fare this Sunday.
