Raiders Vs. Dolphins Injury Report: Rolando McClain Arrest Might Be Bigger Than His Ankle

The Oakland Raiders and Miami Dolphins released their Thursday practice participation reports, and there were no changes for either team. Once again, Darren McFadden, Denarius Moore, Jacoby Ford and Sebastian Janikowski all sat out Thursday's practice. The Raiders are a veritable walking wounded squad right now as they try and get healthy in time to secure the AFC West. They hold a one-game lead over the Denver Broncos and need every available body.

The most interesting note on the Raiders report now is Rolando McClain. He is listed as a DNP Wednesday and Thursday with an ankle injury, but the situation is much more bizarre than that. McClain was in Alabama Wednesday for a family funeral when a physical altercation took place. McClain allegedly fired his gun in the air and has now been charged with third degree assault and three other misdemeanors.

Prior to McClain's arrest becoming public knowledge, Hue Jackson said McClain would play Sunday. However, now that he has been arrested, it is hard to determine what will happen moving forward. He is out of jail on bail, but there is no word yet on how the Raiders will handle him this weekend.
