The Oakland Raiders and Miami Dolphins released their Wednesday practice participation reports as they prepare for the week 13 contest at Miami. The Raiders continue to deal with numerous injuries and will be short-handed once again. The question now is how short-handed. They had several prominent players sit out practice on Wednesday, but not all will be inactive on Sunday.
Darren McFadden and Jacoby Ford are not expected to play on Sunday as they both continue to recover from foot injuries. Michael Bush will continue to start in place of McFadden, who could sit out the next two games given the potential weather conditions in Green Bay.
As Ford continues his own rehabilitation, his fellow speedster, Denarius Moore, sat out practice with his on-going ankle issue. He was in a boot earlier in the week, but was in full pads before practice on Wednesday. It looked like he was prepared to practice, but he ended up listed as a DNP as his ankle continues to bother him. He will give it another go on Wednesday.
Raiders kicker Sebastian Janikowski also sat out practice, but it could just be precautionary after his fairly busy Sunday in which he nailed six field goals against the Bears. He will likely play, but it is still worth keeping an eye on as we move further into the week.
