The Oakland Raiders head East this week to take on the Miami Dolphins in South Beach, and are looking to pull away in the AFC West. Fantasy Owners should look to a few key Raiders this week in the lineups, while possibly staying away from a few more.
START:
Michael Bush: Bush has been filling in admirably in Darren McFadden's absence the last few weeks, and this week should be no different. I don't forsee him having a field day against the 'Phins who currently rank 7th in rushing yards allowed at 97 per, but he'll still put some points on the board. Numberfire.com projects him to score around 10-11 points, getting around 60 yards rushing and 25 receiving. Hopefully he can find the end zone as well this week.
Sebastian Janikowski: The reigning AFC special teams player of the week set a team record with 6 field goals last time out, and should have another nice day in Miami as well. He's projected to get around 8-9 points this week, though a few distance kicks may be in the mix in the warm weather at Sun Life Stadium, boosting those fantasy points.
Oakland Defense: The Miami are towards the bottom of the barrel when it comes to offensive production in the league this year, and I foresee the Raiders D having a good game against them. They're projected to earn around 7-8 points allowing 22 points against, getting almost two turnovers and almost three sacks. Wouldn't be shocked if they did better than that.
SIT
Kevin Boss: Boss hasn't played a large factor in the offense as of late, and I don't expect much to chance now. He's projected to earn 4 points with 2-3 receptions for 38 yards or so, so if you have a better option at TE, this could be a good week to use it.
Carson Palmer: I'm pretty on the fence about Palmer this week, so when in doubt, find another option. He's projected to earn less than 10 points for only around 140 yards total, hopefully you have a better option that you can start at QB this week.
