Oakland Raiders TV Schedule: Week 14 Raiders-Packers Flexed To 1:15 PM PT Start

The NFL announced their latest scheduling changes, which impact Week 14. Although Sunday Night Football will remain the New York Giants versus the Dallas Cowboys, the Oakland Raiders have been flexed out of their early start and will now kick off at 1:15pm PT. The league worked with NBC and its other networks to flex Sunday morning and afternoon games into Sunday Night Football, but they also have the opportunity to flex Sunday morning and afternoon games within the two Sunday slots before SNF.

This move could be a significant benefit to a rising Raiders squad. West coast teams traveling east have often had issues with the 10:00am PT starts. It is usually more an issue for teams traveling to the eastern time zone, but the early start is a pain no matter what. The Raiders will likely be facing off against the undefeated buzz saw that is the Green Bay Packers, so every possible edge helps. If the Raiders can also get Darren McFadden and Jacoby Ford back by Week 14, they could be in a position to give the Packers some serious trouble.
