Carson Palmer Fantasy Projection: Oakland Raiders QB In Line For Huge Day

The Oakland Raiders travel north to Minnesota to face the Vikings in a must-win game as the Raiders look to maintain their one game lead over the Denver Broncos. The Raiders are dealing with some big injuries, including Darren McFadden and Jacoby Ford, both of whom are dealing with foot sprains.

The Raiders face a Vikings defense that is incredibly banged up and will be without lead cornerback Antoine Winfield, which opens up the passing game to a certain extent. Although Carson Palmer has dealt with a fair amount of interceptions in his brief time with the Raiders, he has been playing extremely well otherwise and is developing into a strong fantasy start week in and week out.

The Raiders will remain a power rushing team, but Palmer to Denarius Moore could develop into a very solid connection against Minnesota. If you do not have an Aaron Rodgers, Tom Brady or Cam Newton, Carson Palmer is a very respectable start.
