The Oakland Raiders offense has been dealing with enough turnover and turmoil this season as is that the last thing they need is one of their best players staying on the sidelines on Sunday, but it's looking like that may be the case for Darren McFadden this week.
Steve Corkran tweeted recently that the it's looking like McFadden's ankle did not heal up as much as the team had hoped during the bye week, causing Corkran to believe that Oakland will sit their star RB this weekend against the Denver Broncos. This would make Michael Bush the starter, who filled in admirably for McFadden last week, carrying the ball 17 times for 99 yards including a 35 yard scamper as well. Rookie Taiwan Jones would be the backup.
Although Raiders fans (and fantasy football owners) will want to see Run DMC on the field this Sunday, the last thing you want to do is rush a guy like him back, especially with your struggles in the passing game as of late. They're going to need him big time down the stretch.
