Madden NFL 12 Roster Updates: Week 11 Sees Six Raiders Go Up

Following a huge win over the San Diego Chargers, the Oakland Raiders are sitting atop the AFC West division with a winning record. Obviously more important is the fact that they're set to get plenty of ratings increases in the Week 11 roster and ratings update for Madden NFL 12 on Friday. In fact, only one player is dropping in rating and there's fifteen changes overall.

Six of those changes are increases in overall rating for the Raiders. Wide receiver Denarius Moore gets the biggest increase, jumping 74 to 78, a four point increase. The lone decrease is to defensive back Lito Sheppard, and I'm actually scratching my head as to why he dropped two points, from 72 to 70. Go ahead and make the jump for a full list of roster and ratings changes for the Raiders.

Increases

QB Carson Palmer 83 to 84
HB Michael Bush 77 to 78
OL Stefan Wisniewski 80 to 82
WR Denarius Moore 74 to 78
CB Stanford Routt 87 to 88
LB Kamerion Wimbley 88 to 89

Decreases

CB Lito Shappard 72 to 70

Changes

CB Terrail Lambert signs
LB Aaron Curry Air XP Helmet, 3 Bar RB Facemask
WR T.J. Houshmandzadeh needs a 2 Bar Facemask
FB Manese Tonga needs a clear visor
DL Trevor Scott needs a clear visory
CB Lito Sheppard needs an Air XP Helmet
WR Darrius Heyward-Bey needs a wrist brace on his right wrist
LB Darry Blackstock Revospeed Helmet, Revospeed Robot 2 Facemask, Wrist braces on both wrists, Long Black sleeves

I'm unsure of the "needs" bit, seeing as how I've never seen it before. I don't know if that means they're changes that they've noted for future updates, or if it's just a mistake they've made and those players are getting those things on this update. Either way, again, I'd like to point out that Sheppard should not have gotten a decrease, as he played decently and only had a dropped interception. Palmer continues to play well and continues to progress, and defensive standouts Wimbley and Routt can only continue to go up at this point, given their play.
