The Oakland Raiders travel to Minnesota this weekend to face the Vikings in an inter-conference matchup that is huge for their playoff chances. Given how tight the AFC West has become, every game has huge implications on the divisional race. The Raiders are slight underdogs due to their numerous injuries, but if Carson Palmer and Michael Bush can step up like they did last week, the Raiders should be able to win their game.
The Raiders are in a position where they just need to keep winning games, but that won't stop the rest of us from doing a little scoreboard watching. San Diego Chargers @ Chicago Bears: The Chargers went into last Thursday's game as heavy favorites, and came out of it suffering a defeat in which the Raiders had their way with them. Now the Chargers have to travel to Soldier Field against a red-hot Bears team. Norv Turner's teams get late in the season but I don't think we're quite there yet. PICK: Bears
Kansas City Chiefs @ New England Patriots: The Chiefs have lost two straight, but more importantly, they may have lost Matt Cassel for the season with a hand injury. I suppose Tyler Palko could shock the world on Monday Night Football, but how many people actually think that will happen? PICK: Patriots
