The Oakland Raiders and Houston Texans have found themselves in a battle of distance field goals at Reliant Stadium this Sunday as Sebastian Janikowski and Neil Rackers have combined for four 50 plus yard field goals thus far, as Oakland takes a 22-17 lead after a 18 yard TD from Jason Campbell early in the fourth.
Both defenses came out in the second half looking sharp, keeping each other out of the end zone and limiting the damage to only field goals. Janikowski hit a 50 yarder to take the lead 15-14, followed by a 54 yarder from Rackers about four minutes later to regain the lead. Rackers also missed a long field goal early in the third quarter.
Darren McFadden has begun to wake up a bit, rushing for 54 yards on only 10 carries on the day. Chaz Schillens' 18 yard TD catch marks the first one scored in the second half thus far.
