Raiders vs. Patriots Score Update: Jason Campbell INT Keeps New England Ahead 17-10

The Oakland Raiders are hanging in there with the New England Patriots, but they could very well be in the lead if not for a crucial error by their quarterback. Jason Campbell had the Raiders in the red zone after a solid drive set up by a nice 28 yard connection with Darrius Heyward-Bey and a 30 yard Jacoby Ford sweep. But then on second and goal, Campbell tried to throw it away, and didn't throw it high enough. Patriots safety Patrick Chung made the interception practically uncontested.  Tom Brady throws to Chad Ochocinco and Benjarvus Green-Ellis set up a late Stephen Gostkowski 44 yard field goal to put New England up 17-10 at halftime.

The Raiders did hold an early 10-7 second quarter lead. A 41 yard rush by Darren McFadden, a 17 yard scramble by Campbell, and then a 23 yard reception by Kevin Boss set up a Michael Bush one yard score. But Brady came right back to give the Patriots the lead, connecting with Wes Welker (again) for 24 and 21 yards to set up a Green-Ellis one yard rushing score.
