Raiders vs. Broncos, NFL Scores Week 15: Tim Tebow Connects With Brandon Lloyd On Touchdown Pass

Denver Broncos QB Tim Tebow connected on a huge 33-yard touchdown pass with Brandon Lloyd to give his Broncos a 14-7 lead over the Oakland Raiders. Tebow threw the pass to Lloyd deep in the right corner of the Oakland end zone and initially the pass was ruled incomplete.

Lloyd was on his back when he caught the ball and the ref appeared to think his left foot had dragged out of bounds before the catch. After the Broncos challenged the call on the field, the referees looked it over and ruled that Lloyd’s leg had not touched out of bounds. The call was reversed and the pass was ruled a touchdown.

Tebow now has two touchdowns on the day with this 33-yard pass and his earlier 40-yard rush. There’s still a lot of football to play so we’ll see what adjustments the Raiders make. Tebow is 2 of 5 for 34 yards and a touchdown. The numbers aren’t spectacular but he’s making big plays, which was his calling card at Florida.
