The Oakland Raiders are falling apart and the Jacksonville Jaguars are on the verge of putting this game away as they lead 31-24 midway through the fourth quarter. The Raiders lost Jason Campbell after a big hit that was flagged as roughing the passer. It was another somewhat questionable roughing call in a season filled with them. It was even more significant because he had fumbled on the sack leading to the penalty and that fumble had been returned for a touchdown. The play was called back and the Raiders were given a reprieve.
Unfortunately for Oakland, Campbell had to leave with an injury and backup Kyle Boller came on looking to move the Raiders down the field. He made a big 20 yard pass to Zach Miller, but four plays later on fourth and three he threw an ugly interception.
The Raiders have since forced a punt and with 5:33 to go they’ll look to try and put something together. Jason Campbell is back on the field and will look to get the offense going again. I’d have to imagine they’ll look to Darren McFadden.
