Comcast SportsNet Bay Area Announces Coverage of Giants, A's Spring Training

With spring training for the San Francisco Giants and Oakland A's only days away, Comcast SportsNet Bay Area has announced their comprehensive coverage of both down under the Arizona sun, with CSN on hand to give the fans the inside scoop.

Starting February 20 Comcast SportsNet hits the road for a week-long edition of Chronicle Live from the Giants and A's spring training facilities in Arizona, either from Scottsdale Stadium or Papago Park. Anchors/reporters such as Jim Kozimor, Andrew Baggarly, Ray Ratto, Jaymee Sire and Kate Longworth will present daily reports live from Phoenix and/or Scottsdale on the A's and Giants, as well as news from around Major League Baseball and the Cactus League.

From an online perspective, CSNBayArea.com and CSNCalifornia.com will have 24/7 coverage on the Giants, A's through expert blog entries from Giants Insider Andrew Baggarly (@CSNBaggs), Senior Insider Ray Ratto (@RattoCSN) and A's reporter Kate Longworth (@KLongworthCSN) on the site's "Giants Talk" and "A's Talk" sections (@CSNGiants, @CSNAthletics), as well as weekly online chats, special web-exclusive shows, commentator blogs, photo slideshows and online video features to stay up to date whenever or wherever you are.

Cactus League telecasts begin Monday, March 5 from Scottsdale Stadium as the Giants take on the Milwaukee Brewers on CSN Bay Area, while the A's take on the Cincinnati Reds from Phoenix Municipal Stadium on Saturday, March 10 on CSN California.
