Golden Globe Awards 2012: Moneyball Nominated for Best Dramatic Picture, Brad Pitt For Best Actor, Jonah Hill For Supporting Actor

"Moneyball" keeps rolling in the awards nominations as the film, it's actors, and it's writers have been nominated for four Golden Globes in 2012: Best Motion Picture in a Drama, Best Actor in a Leading Role in a Drama, Best Actor in a Supporting Role in a Drama, and Best Screenplay for Motion Picture.

"Moneyball" has been receiving critical praise over the last six months and has an excellent chance at earning some Academy Award nominations in the spring. Although we are technically already into the awards season, the Golden Globe Awards really get us moving towards the Oscars.

"Moneyball" was nominated for four Golden Globe awards: Best motion picture - drama, best performance by an actor and best performance by a supporting action in a motion picture - drama, and best motion picture screen play. As we move towards the eventual Oscar nominations, "Moneyball" could be looking at numerous nominations including Best Picture, Best Actor, Best Supporting Actor and Best Adapted Screenplay.
