A's vs. White Sox, Starting Lineup Preview: A's Turn to Undefeated Cahill for Series Win Over Sox

The Chicago White Sox haven’t had a whole lot of success at the Coliseum over the past few years, and that extends to today’s starter Mark Buehrle as well. Despite his 2-3 4.05 ERA record so far this season, Buehrle has been down right abismal at the Coliseum, sporting a 4-13 record with 3.70 ERA in his career against the A’s, not to mention his 1-7 mark with a 4.46 ERA at Oakland.

On the other side of the coin you have Trevor Cahill (6-0 1.72 ERA) who needless to say has been ballin to stat his 2011 campaign. He’s kept his cool so far this year when facing other elite pitchers, and I’m sure it will be no different against Buehrle today as the A’s eye the series win at home.
