The Utah Jazz are a big team. And when I mean big, I mean huge. There team consists of bruisers and big men would pound the rock and work the glass with efficiency. The Golden State Warriors have been trying to get bigger, but still are a slashing, jumper-first team, bringing an interesting clash in styles to Oracle Arena this Friday night.
David Lee, Kwame Brown, Ekpe Udoh and the like will have a tough test with guys like Al Jefferson, Derrick Favors and rookie Enes Kanter this evening, likely leaving it up to guys like Monta Ellis to get the job down offensively, though the usually high-flying W’s are yet to score 100 points this season.
Though both teams are on the second half of a back-to-back, the W’s should try to get out in transition early to get those big guys tired, and hopefully earn themselves a win this evening.
The Jazz have struggled away from home this season though, still looking for their first road win. But the W’s have now lost four in a row, and are in desperate need of a win to stop the bleeding and get back on track.
Tipoff is set for 7:30 pm PT with coverage of CSN Bay Area and KNBR 680 AM.
