As SB Nation Bay Area contributor Evan Dunlap summarized earlier this morning, the Warriors are engaging with many teams in possible trade scenarios and star guard Monta Ellis is at the center of these deals. In his weekly chat wrap, ESPN.com NBA analyst Chad Ford claims that the Ellis and Andre Iguodala deal makes complete sense for the Warriors, but not Philly given their current lineup:
↵↵↵Iguodala is a much better fit next to Stephen Curry and would allow the team to become better defensively. I'm just not sure Ellis is a great fit in Philly. The Sixers do have a big lead guard in Jrue Holiday who defends ... so that helps. Just not sure it's the right fit.

If moving Iguodala is part of the plan to give ball-dominate Evan Turner more playing time, how does pairing Turner with another ball dominate player in Ellis work out in the starting lineup? Another problem? This trade makes Philly as small as Golden State once was.
