Based off his color commentary on ESPN.com NBA broadcasts, Warrior's new coach Mark Jackson is quite the talker. But when it comes to the ladies, Jackson is quite the smooth talker off the court. In describing his "don't take 'no' for an answer" mantra to his life on and off the court, Jackson recalls (as told to Cam Inman) the courting process with his current wife Desiree Coleman:
↵↵↵"I saw her on TV and told my best friend I was going to marry her," Jackson said. "I didn't know her, I met her, asked her out on a date, and she said no.
↵"She's a singer and an actress, so I went to her performance, saw her in the back, she said no. Then I saw her again, and finally she said, 'All right, I'm going to go out on a date with you.' And the rest is history."

Jackson's courtship story sounds straight from a romantic comedy movie. What woman wouldn't want to be woo'ed? Or is it creepy? Think he dropped lines like "Mama, There Goes That Man!" as pick up lines? Anyway, question for the ladies: Would you want to be pursued like that?
