Warriors v. Nets, NBA Score Update: Warriors Take 77-74 Lead into Forth Quarter

In a game that has seen 11 lead changes and 8 ties the Golden State Warriors were close with the New Jersey Nets all game, but inched their way to a 77-74 lead through three quarters at the Prudential Center in Newark.

David Lee leads the Warriors with 17 points and 8 rebounds, another nice showing from Mr. Lee. Acie Law started the third quarter for Stephen Curry, who’s late first half foul of Sundiata Gaines left him with 3 personal’s; Law has 8 points through three quarters. But Monta was back for the whole third quarter, apparently just getting some rest from Coach Smart in the second, pushing his totals to 14 points, 3 assists, and 2 steals.

Anthony Morrow continues to light up his former team going 4-4 from deep and racking up 18 points, Kris Humphries is one point shy of a double double with 9 and 11 boards, while Sasha Vujacic has 16 and Brook Lopez 14.

The Warriors are one quarter away from closing out their elongated road trip with back-to-back wins and a 3-4 record in their 7 games away from Oracle. Let’s see if they can shut the door on the Nets.
