Warriors v. Spurs, NBA Schedule Preview: Warriors Face Spurs in San Antonio on Second Night of Back-to-Back

After the humiliating loss to the Dallas Mavericks last night 101-73, the Golden State Warriors have their second Texas sized matchup in two days as the head to San Antonio to face the best in the West Spurs. If there ever was a team or a place that the Warriors would rather not play on the second night of a back-to-back I’d day it have to be the Spurs, at the AT&T Center in San Antonio, a place where they have had little to no success as of late.

Golden State only has 12 games left on their schedule, and after last night’s performance, I’d say they’re about ready for their summer vacation already. One Warrior in particular, Andris Biedrins, has already started his as the team has effectively shut him down for the remainder of the season. Oh well, more Ekpe Udoh is fine with me, he needs that playing time.

Tipoff is set for 5:30 p.m. and can be seen on CSN Bay Area as well as heard on KNBR 680. Hopefully the W’s want some retaliation for their beat down last night and come out with some hunger to get a win.
