Charlie Bell Arrested For Suspected DUI, Celebrating Too Much?

On Thursday night, Charlie Bell logged a few minutes against the Milwaukee Bucks for the first time since he logged 6 seconds on December 13 versus the Utah Jazz. Later that night, Bell was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence in downtown Oakland. How do you get booked for 'suspicion' of drunk driving, if Breathylizer tests are meant to confirm your intoxication? The San Francisco Chronicle reports:

A CHP officer arrested Bell about 2:45 a.m. on Lakeshore Avenue, near Oakland's Lake Merritt, CHP Officer Sam Morgan said. Bell was booked at a downtown Oakland jail, where he remained for about four hours before being picked up by teammate Reggie Williams.

A colleague joked that Bell was partying post-win over the Bucks after thinking he might get extra minutes now. To me, Bell's suspected DUI is not a big deal nor a distraction. But the situation is a bit strange if you  ask me. More details, please. But it's good to know that his teammates got his back at all times. The Warriors are taking chemistry to whole different level.
