NBA fans, if you were holding your breath for the lockout to end on Friday, you can start breathing once again. Commissioner David Stern made a statement around 8 p.m. eastern time stating two more weeks of the 2011-2012 season had been cancelled.
There were reports earlier on Thursday and Friday morning that the two sides were nearing an agreement, but it appears that negotiations fell apart as the evening hours approached.
Ugh.
In addition to the first two weeks of cancelled games, here is a list of the games cancelled through November 30 for the Sacramento Kings and Golden State Warriors.
