Warriors 82, Grizzlies 87-Jeremy Lin Hacked Across Face, And Andris Biedrins 24 Point And 15 Boards

Is it safe to say that Andris Biedrins got his swagger back? Hustling to grab every board near him and having his teammates set him up perfectly for easy layups, Biedrins is having the comeback game of his life with 24 points on 11-13 shooting. Heck, he has even made 2 free throws.

Jeremy Lin, on his first possession, took the ball hard to the lane and was hacked across the face and arm by Marc Gasol and did not get a call whatsoever. The next time down the court, Lin was tripped up and finally he got a call. Rookie no calls are expected but is it especially bad for Warriors rookies from Harvard? Lin has been productive on the defensive end with Stephen Curry sitting out with 4 fouls and has not looked overmatched against Memphis guards in Mike Conley and rookie Greivis Vasquez. Lin is starting the fourth.

Turnovers at the end of the third doomed any chances of closing the gap. Poor dribbling by Dorell Wright, ill advised passes by Vladimir Radmanovic, and lack of hustle to the ball allowed the Grizzlies to sit on a safe lead. When playing the Warriors, you always have a cushion with turnovers.
