The bat that Hunter Pence named "Tiny Tim" will be heading to Cooperstown, N.Y. after the San Francisco Giants swept the Detroit Tigers in the 2012 World Series on Sunday, according to Dan Hayes of CSNBayArea.com.

The bat produced a sacrifice fly in Game 2 and a ground-rule double in Game 4 on Sunday. The bat will be included in the Hall of Fame's World Series display.

Ryan Vogelsong's Game 3 jersey, Brandon Crawford's hat, Bruce Bochy's warmup jacket, Gregor Blanco's glove and Marco Scutaro's spikes will also be heading to the Hall of Fame.

The Giants ended the postseason with seven straight wins en route to winning the 2012 World Series. They were down 2-0 to the Cincinnati Reds in the NLDS and 3-1 to the St. Louis Cardinals in the NLCS but came back to win both series before completing the sweep of the Tigers at Comerica Park on Sunday.
