Giants vs. Cardinals NLCS Lineups: Marco Scutaro in for Game 3

The San Francisco Giants and St. Louis Cardinals face off in a pivotal Game 3 on Wednesday, and Marco Scutaro will be in the lineup at second base after taking a hit from Matt Holliday on a controversial slide in Game 2.

Matt Cain takes the mound for San Francisco. He was 1-1 with a 5.06 ERA in the NLDS against the Reds. Cain finished with a 16-5 record and a 2.79 ERA in the regular season. He beat the Cardinals on May 17, allowing four runs in six innings but fell on Aug. 6 after allowing five runs without making it out of the sixth inning.

St. Louis will go with Kyle Lohse. He posted a 16-3 record and a 2.86 ERA in the regular season. Lohse did not pitch against the Giants in the regular season. He went seven innings, allowing just one run while striking out five in his last start against the Washington Nationals.
