The only other wide receiver prospect in Kiper's top 25 is USC's Robert Woods at No. 7. SB Nation's Mocking the Draft currently has Allen being picked at No. 14 overall.

In 2011 as a sophomore, Allen was named to the All-Pac-12 first team and was one of the 10 semifinalists for the Biletnikoff Award (given to the nation's top receiver). Allen hauled in 98 receptions for 1343 yards and six touchdowns. He recently underwent ankle surgery in March and missed all of spring practices, but will return for workouts in the summer.

One of Allen's best games in 2011 came against the Oregon Ducks in which he caught 170 yards and one touchdown (see highlights below).
